We are currently looking for an experienced Import & Export Specialist. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing processes related to the import and export of company goods.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all activities related to the import and export of goods, ensuring compliance with customs, tax regulations, and international trade standards.
You will collaborate with suppliers and customers, negotiating trading terms, monitoring deliveries, and responding to any import and export-related inquiries.
You will analyze and assess various logistics options, such as transportation methods, delivery routes, warehousing, and cargo insurance, to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
You will maintain the completeness and compliance of customs documentation and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
You will monitor the flow of goods and respond to any delays, damages, or other issues that may arise in the import and export process.
Preparation and reporting of CBAM (Customs Border Adjustment Mechanism).
Classification of goods according to the Harmonized System.
Your profile
Min. 3 years of experience in import/export or logistics.
Knowledge of customs and tax regulations and international trade procedures.
Ability to work in a team, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Accuracy and meticulousness in work, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in English at a communicative level.
