Be the in-house compliance champion across the cosmetics and gifting portfolio Partner with creative teams to make sure every product shines and meets global safety standards Own product testing and technical files, keeping everything aligned with FDA MoCRA and EU CPSR regulations Build strong relationships with suppliers and factories across the US and Asia, driving audits and GMP excellence Lead sustainability and sourcing claims, ensuring they’re accurate and legally sound Act fast to resolve compliance queries from global sales teams Stay ahead of the curve by tracking new legislation and rolling out updates across the business Share your expertise through training sessions and inspire collaboration between compliance and creative teams Candidate Requirements:
