This isn’t just any job—it’s a vital opportunity to drive military intelligence forward as part of a dynamic Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission.

Key Responsibilities

Champion SIGINT Expertise:

Lead as the subject matter expert by working with senior leaders to generate, review, prioritize, and validate both new and existing DCGS SIGINT requirements. Your insights will shape the future of our intelligence operations.

Unite a Dynamic Team:

Orchestrate the efforts of a vibrant group of 480 ISRW SMEs and specialized teams. Perform in-depth SIGINT capability gap analyses, assess critical data frameworks, and validate access necessary for executing the AF DCGS SIGINT mission.

Drive Technological Integration:

Collaborate with MAJCOM, 480 ISRW staff, and various groups to integrate innovative baseline technologies, sensors, and emerging data sources—boosting operational capabilities to new heights.

Steer Strategic Initiatives:

Liaise with MAJCOM program managers regarding evolving requirements and mission changes. Analyze key programming documents and directives, while effectively disseminating guidance to ensure mission success.

Basic Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree combined with over 4‑8 years of hands‑on experience in multi‑domain SIGINT operations, laying a solid foundation in tactical and strategic intelligence.

Demonstrated experience in SIGINT operations and fusion applications, alongside familiarity with AF Distributed Common Ground System Analysis and Exploitation Team (AET) operations.

Exposure to initiatives such as Open Architecture, Disposition of Forces (DOF), Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA), Multi‑Source Correlation System (MSCS), Thresher, and SNAPGLASS—essential for creating sensor‑agnostic solutions for CFACC requirements.

Superior oral and written communication skills that ensure seamless collaboration with AF DCGS stakeholders, whether working independently or as part of a team, particularly when developing time‑sensitive ISR solutions.

Completion of a DoD or IC specialized SIGINT career field certificate and a current TS/SCI clearance, highlighting your trusted expertise in the field.

Familiarity with manned and unmanned ISR platforms, sensor operating parameters, AF DCGS TTPs, and relevant DoD/IC directives, alongside a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of Air Force Requirements Management processes is a major plus.

Recent hands‑on experience within AF DCGS operations (ideally within the past 5 years) will set you apart.

Familiarity with Jira, Serena, and Rex to drive streamlined and effective mission execution.
