Human Resources Administrator (Full-time, Hourly)
Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is hiring a Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations across our restaurant locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting team members behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Support new hire onboarding (background checks, I-9s, system entry)
Process offboarding paperwork and update employee records
Serve as first point of contact for HR-related questions
Maintain personnel files and HRIS records (UKG or similar)
Complete employment verifications and support compliance efforts
Assist with HR projects, communications, and recognition programs
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using HR systems and basic office software
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
