Our client is hiring a
Talent Acquisition Manager
to manage a team responsible for
high-volume, multi-site recruiting
across the client’s central region. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can
build, coach, and motivate a recruiting team , drive process consistency, and deliver compliant, high‑quality hiring outcomes that support operational excellence. The salary for this role is
$140-$150k , not bonus eligible, $750/month car allowance.
What You’ll Do Manage & Develop a Recruiting Team
Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers with clear performance expectations and measurable outcomes.
Coach recruiters on
interviewing, compliance, and candidate experience ; build team capability through training and ongoing feedback.
Ensure recruiting team access, permissions, and effectiveness within
Workday
and supporting tools.
Build Scalable Recruiting Processes
Implement standardized interview structures and job‑specific rubrics to reduce time‑to‑fill and strengthen hiring decisions.
Drive improvements in
90‑day retention
through recruiter check‑ins and onboarding follow‑up.
Pilot and scale
AI‑enabled tools
for screening and scheduling automation.
Ensure Compliance & Documentation
Oversee
compliance steps
and documentation (e.g., screenings, exams, and other regulated hiring requirements) and ensure Workday task completion.
Coordinate with Compliance and Training teams to ensure candidates are fully cleared and ready to start.
Elevate Candidate Experience
Deliver a
timely, transparent, human candidate journey —consistent communication, professionalism, and care throughout the process.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years
leading high‑performing talent acquisition teams (transportation/logistics a plus).
Demonstrated success in
high‑volume recruiting
across multiple locations/entities.
Strong knowledge of
Workday or comparable ATS , recruiting workflows, and reporting.
Comfort working in a regulated environment; familiarity with hiring regulations preferred.
Data‑driven leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
