$18.70/yr - $25.08/yr The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for employees, providing comprehensive HR support and assisting with a variety of HR functions. Hours: 2pm-10:30pm *Must be Bilingual.* Functions of the Position:
Handles employee relations questions and issues at the HR front desk. Documents conversations and communicates concerns to the HR Manager. Acts as liaison with operations supervisors and managers for follow-up. Forwards concerns to payroll, benefits, or safety for specialized resolution. Performs general administrative duties, including maintaining data integrity in HR systems, managing uniform and safety shoe orders, and completing other administrative tasks as needed. Assists with special projects and reporting to support HR, payroll, benefits, recruitment, and safety initiatives. Conducts floor walks to promote employee engagement and address employee relations matters, including operational support and investigations. Manages security access software to create badges for employees, temporary staff, and contractors. Oversees I-9 and work authorization compliance for new hires and existing employees. Education, Experience, and Knowledge:
High school diploma required Minimum of three years of administrative experience required Exposure to human resources, accounts payable, or office organization preferred Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Microsoft Project preferred Ability to work effectively with operations staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that reflects our commitment to support the wellness of our colleagues and their families.
