Job Summary We are looking to hire two (2) Human Resources Analyst III Recruiters for limited-term positions (up to 36 months) as part of a surge staffing project aimed at reducing vacancies. If you are a self-directed, detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for making a difference, we want you to bring your talents to our team!
In your role, you will partner/strategize with hiring managers to acquire talent and educate/train them. You will develop advertisements, job postings, build applicant sources by networking and maintaining relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long-term opportunities. You will provide a great candidate experience through ongoing communication, giving applicants information about job duties, working conditions, pay, benefits and promotional opportunities. You will maintain applicant tracking information and other pertinent recruitment and selection information and actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
The ideal candidate will have a record of demonstrating the highest level of ethics and integrity and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Schedule & Hybrid Schedule:
9/80 Monday through Friday / Every other Friday off. Monday through Thursday 9 hours per day, 8 hours per day every other Friday. Start times no earlier than 6 a.m. and end times no later than 6 p.m.
Hybrid:
Metropolitan's current practice is a hybrid work schedule. This typically includes two days a week in person and the other days remote. This is subject to change dependent on organizational needs. Telework policy will be finalized later.
Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years relevant experience; or two years as a MWD Human Resources Analyst II.
Relevant Experience:
Full lifecycle recruiting.
Desirable Experience:
Public Sector full life cycle recruiting; Experience with recruiting in a union environment.
This classification requires maintaining confidentiality and is routinely privy to confidential information, sensitive personnel issues, or exposure to confidential and strategic corporate information.
