Foundation Risk Partners, a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm, is adding an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to the Acentria team. Job Summary

The Commercial Lines Account Manager leads the team in developing strategies for retention of renewals and acquisition of new business. The role exercises independent judgment on account strategy, pricing, and product decisions while supporting clients and internal stakeholders. Essential Functions

Develop retention strategy and conduct new business acquisition meetings with producers. Gather client data: application, exhibits, narratives, and loss runs. Work independently with producers on risk placement. Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategy and submit proposals to markets. Prepare new and renewal proposals. Attend marketing and carrier meetings; coordinate client and strategy meetings. Monitor and update open item checklists and timelines. Maintain strong client/carrier relationships through daily service of endorsements and coverage questions. Review contracts, recommend carrier transfers, and ensure compliance. Identify new exposures and develop cross‑sell opportunities. Communicate with producers and team regarding client matters. Answer underwriting questions and negotiate pricing and products. Serve as primary client contact beyond the producer. Use independent judgment to conceptualize client solutions. Build good working relationships with clients and team members. Competencies & Qualifications

Strong organizational, multitasking, motivational, problem‑solving, detail‑oriented, verbal, written, and self‑discipline skills. Proficient in EPIC agency management software and Microsoft products. Education & Experience

State‑issued Property & Casualty insurance license required. College degree or equivalent work experience. 3–5+ years of agency experience in the designated field. Benefits
