Requirements
Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation
Active CPA license
5+ years of audit experience, including recent manager-level experience
Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and strong verbal & written communication skills
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough engagement reviews and assume primary responsibility for client engagements
Schedule, staff, time, and resolve technical issues with minimal oversight
Manage, supervise, and mentor staff and seniors; guide through professional development and technical challenges
Complete semi‑annual performance evaluations and ongoing employee performance management
Maintain and grow client relationships; work with partners to identify and pursue new clients
Enhance knowledge by attending training courses and pursuing continuous learning opportunities
