Summary The Operations Support Associate will support Client's Estate & Inheritor Services team by managing client account transitions during the inheritance process. The role serves as a subject matter expert, providing high-touch client support, coordinating with internal teams, and processing estate-related requests in a virtual branch environment. The associate ensures timely case resolution, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and exceptional client service while handling sensitive client situations with professionalism and empathy.
Key Skills & Experience
3–4 years of financial services or client service experience
Exposure to estates, trusts, retirement plans, and asset distributions
Strong communication, case management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office and financial services systems
Strong attention to detail and compliance/regulatory awareness
