Job Summary
As a Senior Pricing Analyst at Envestnet, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability and market share while aligning with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust pricing tools, models, databases, and other pricing process components.
Architect dashboards to assess pricing effectiveness, track KPIs and KLIs, deal activity, and monitor client renewals.
Monitor discounting behavior and price realization, identify trends and flag misalignment.
Analyze product-level and portfolio-level pricing performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with commercial teams, finance, operations, legal, and product management to ensure pricing insights drive informed decision making.
Support the consistent application of pricing policies and enforce escalation procedures.
Comply with standards concerning discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive firm and client information.
Support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant finance experience, including data analysis and financial modeling. Experience in financial technology, wealth management, or financial services industries is preferred.
Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Proficient in analyzing complex data and developing financial models.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with PowerBI, SQL, or other advanced software tools beneficial but not required.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, presenting findings to diverse audiences and working collaboratively across teams.
Problem-Solving & Change Management: Capable of identifying and resolving issues, having intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset.
