Position Highlights
The Enterprise Risk Analyst supports the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and governance policies. This role assists in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks that may impact business objectives. The analyst collects, analyzes, and reports risk data to provide timely and accurate insights for decision-making. Additionally, this position organizes governance activities, maintains documentation, and supports ERM processes that enhance organizational resilience and enable strategic risk optimization. Risk Data Management & Analysis
Collect, analyze, and interpret risk-related data from departments and stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks Maintain risk registers and tracking tools to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in preparing risk dashboards and summaries for leadership review. Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and elevate emerging risks or trends as needed. ERM Framework & Governance
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise risk management frameworks and governance policies Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and documentation for ERM governance forums and meetings. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up action items for risk committees. Ensure proper recordkeeping of ERM activities and decisions. Reporting & Communication
Draft and distribute risk reports and summaries for internal stakeholders. Support development of presentations and materials for executive leadership and Board committees. Assist in implementing ERM communication strategies to build risk awareness. Operational Support
Provide day-to-day support for ERM initiatives and projects. Track progress on ERM workstreams and maintain project documentation. Support the Enterprise Risk Manager and team in delivering on multi-year ERM objectives. Credential and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. 1 year of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or related administrative role.
