What Will I Do as an Insurance Specialist? As an Insurance Specialist you will undergo paid training to obtain a state license and become a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent. Once licensed you will represent one of the nation’s top insurance providers by taking inbound calls from warm leads to close insurance sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Role Responsibilities
Deliver world‑class customer service by responding to inbound calls, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency, and identifying sales opportunities.
Process orders, update customer accounts, and ensure accurate records in internal systems.
Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems.

Requirements – Key Qualifications
Exceptional communication and active listening skills, ability to build rapport, handle difficult situations, navigate multiple systems, maintain a positive attitude, think quickly, self‑motivated with strong work ethic and time‑management.
Sales‑focused mindset with proven ability to sell and upsell while delivering excellent customer service.
Minimum six months of sales experience.
Availability for paid training (2 weeks licensing, 3 weeks product training, 4 weeks continued training).
Availability to work 8‑hour shifts any day of the week (40 hrs/week), including weekends and some holidays, 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 a.m. EST.
Must pass background screening, be at least 18, have GED/High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the U.S.
