Responsibilities
Evaluate and pre-qualify loan applicants by reviewing financials, credit reports, and documentation.
Advise clients on mortgage products, loan programs, and financing options.
Guide borrowers through every step of the loan process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
Maintain compliance with all mortgage lending regulations and internal policies.
Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners to increase loan volume.
Qualifications
Active NMLS License (required)
Proven success as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or similar lending role.
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a high-quality pipeline.
Passion for helping families achieve homeownership and advancing your mortgage career.
Compensation Competitive commission plan with six-figure income potential. $100,000+ commission potential at plan, with upside earning potential. $100,000 per year.
