Financial Advisor – Banking & Financial Services
Insight Global’s Credit Union partner is seeking a full‑time, permanent Financial Advisor to serve the Cape Coral and North Ft. Myers area. The role involves partnering with branch teams to acquire and grow member relationships, delivering personalized financial planning and investment advice, and providing comprehensive wealth solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Advise members on investments, insurance, and financial planning.
Build and manage a book of business across advisory, brokerage, and insurance.
Deliver excellent member service and identify opportunities for growth.
Develop new relationships through networking and referrals.
Collaborate with branch staff to drive financial education and results.
Monitor financial plans and adjust as needed.
Track pipeline and sales activities to meet revenue goals.
Stay current on market trends, regulations, and products.
Ensure compliance with broker‑dealer and credit union policies.
Attend training and maintain required certification.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience in financial planning, wealth management, financial operations & support, advisor‑adjacent, compliance, risk, service, or client‑facing support functions.
FINRA Series 7 license.
Clean FINRA U4 record.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
FINRA Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65).
Minimum $125K revenue/commissions/GDC in the trailing 12 months.
CFP, ChFC, or CRPC certification.
