Transform the everyday with us! We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Apparatus segment of Electrical Products. This segment of Smart Infrastructure – Electrical Products is experiencing significant growth with three manufacturing sites in the US. This position is a hybrid role based in Peachtree Corners, GA.
Positive, persistent, self‑motivated, action‑oriented candidates with an eagerness to learn and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are desired.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact and Finance P&L owner for designated buyout and Contract Manufacturing product lines within the Apparatus segment, guiding their financial performance.
Collaborate closely with business leaders as a strategic finance partner, translating financial insights into actionable strategies that directly impact business performance and foster shared ownership of financial outcomes.
Develop and manage robust monthly financial forecasts and comprehensive annual budgets for responsible portfolio, collaborating closely with segment controllers and business leads.
Conduct timely and thorough analysis of business results, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations to enhance transparency and drive superior business performance.
Develop and present monthly and quarterly financial reviews for key stakeholders, effectively communicating performance, risks, and opportunities.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with the Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and Operations teams to ensure integrated financial planning and execution.
Champion and implement digitalization and automation opportunities to continuously streamline and simplify existing financial workflows and processes, boosting efficiency.
Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment, providing efficient and effective financial support to the broader business unit on relevant business topics.
Embrace a dynamic work environment where responsibilities may evolve and expand based on shifting business needs and strategic priorities, requiring a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Ensures compliance with Siemens FRGs and IFRS in relation to accounting & financial reporting.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related finance fields.
8+ years financial analysis experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PPT and Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Tableau, Knime and SAP is preferred.
Willingness to learn and develop, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to demonstrate initiative with flexible and proactive approach to work, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced complex environment.
