We provide outsourced accounting services to nonprofit organizations and are looking for a dedicated, personable, hands‑on Controller to guide our clients and deliver transformative accounting services.

Responsibilities
Serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non‑profit clients, transforming their financial departments to meet mission goals.
Prepare financial reporting for management and board decision‑making and presentations.
Recommend and implement improvements to accounting, operations, internal controls, and compliance policies and procedures.
Handle transactional activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable (revenue recognition and billing), payroll, general accounting, reconciliations, month‑end close, and maintaining workpapers.
Perform analysis and data visualization, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage grant administration, allocations, and funder reporting.
Assist in and manage the annual audit process.
Provide training opportunities for clients and staff.
Qualifications
Passionate about working in or supporting non‑profit organizations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
5–7+ years of accounting experience.
Experience working in a remote environment preferred.
Strong leadership skills—ability to manage and lead multiple clients, work independently, and respond promptly.
Demonstrated Microsoft Excel expertise.
Experience with multiple GL packages, especially QuickBooks, and electronic bill‑pay systems.
Non‑profit accounting, public accounting, or consulting experience is a plus.
CPA certification is a plus.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Competitive hourly rate: $50–$65 per hour for this non‑exempt position, with potential overtime and bonus opportunities.
Full‑time positions offer 4 weeks paid time off, 9 paid holidays, a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and supplementary benefits), 401(k) with employer match, and ample professional development reimbursement.
