Responsibilities
Serve as the primary print producer for in‑store, online, and email print orders
Operate print equipment, produce proofs and samples, and design quick edits
Train and coach associates to assist in print production as needed
Create and manage the production workflow, setting standards and processes for the team
Maintain machine functionality and organizational order (e.g., planogram of completed orders, supplies)
Perform flexible duties such as cleaning, stocking shelves, and other assigned tasks
Drive customer satisfaction by assessing customer needs, providing exceptional service, and focusing on quality
Essential Skills and Experience
Flexibility to work a schedule based on store needs
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and sequence production steps for multiple jobs
Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality issues throughout the print process
Conflict management in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
Integrity and honesty regarding customer and business information
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers and understand their needs
Cooperative teamwork in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment
Basic computer skills for opening, saving, and sending electronic files; proficiency with Microsoft Word and desktop publishing software, including Adobe and Publisher
Physical ability to lift and move supplies in the 10‑50 pound range, stand, and walk continuously
