Medford, Wisconsin – on‑site, no remote work. Key Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for continuous improvement efforts and new product development with regard to production processes and equipment. Work with design engineering and production to establish/improve methods and systems regarding window and door manufacturing. Assist with specification of production equipment and provide additional support as required. Qualifications
Mechanical, manufacturing, or related engineering degree preferred. 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, preference for fenestration industry. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD a plus. Benefits
