Location: On‑site in Austin, TX
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000
What You’ll Do
Prepare financial reports and analyze variances
Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP
Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
Help prepare for audits and manage supporting documentation
Oversee employee reimbursements and vendor setup
Support AP systems (Medius) and audit accounting software (Sage Intacct)
Mentor AP/AR team and contribute to process improvements
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience in a high‑volume environment
Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems
Knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and month/year‑end processes
Excellent problem‑solving, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and train others
