This is a full‑time role located in Chatsworth, CA. The Senior Bookkeeper will oversee and manage day‑to‑day financial activities, including recording journal entries, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial statements. This role involves working with accounting software to track expenses, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The individual will collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate and up-to‑date bookkeeping records while contributing to financial planning and decision‑making.
Salary and Location This is a full‑time position, based in our office in Chatsworth, CA. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 excluding bonuses and other benefits. This is a good faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description.
Qualifications
Proficiency with Quickbooks, finance software, and reporting tools
Strong expertise in Bookkeeping and Finance
Experience with Accounting Software and related tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on‑site environment
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the services or trades industry
Professional certifications such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
