Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting – Project Management professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the billing and financial oversight of over 100 active construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction accounting, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. Qualifications
High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction accounting and billing. Proficient in AIA billing documentation, lien waivers, and Texas Lien Law processes. Experience with commercial and TXDOT projects preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Viewpoint or similar ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with GC Pay billing software at both general contractor and subcontractor levels. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. What we offer
