What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the primary contact for global payroll support activities in HRIS, focusing on payroll integrations from Workday to various payroll systems

Maintain data integrity between Workday and US payroll systems, managing configurations and reporting

Conduct payroll and HCM transactions in compliance with regional regulations

Assist in system upgrades and testing for global payroll systems

Support key HRIS initiatives, including Open Enrollment and Compensation Planning

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise-wide Workday HRIS/Payroll systems

Strong understanding of international payroll systems and regulatory compliance

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems, including integrations and payroll

Ability to drive projects independently with minimal supervision How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in implementing and supporting Workday solutions globally

Background in managing complex data integrations and payroll systems

Proven ability to coordinate projects and collaborate with diverse teams
