Job Overview Join TTEC as a Recruiter on site in Las Vegas, NV, and help create and deliver amazing customer experiences while building TTEC’s award‑winning employment experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Meet recruiting targets in support of specific client needs.
Screen resumes and applications, schedule onsite interviews, assist with reference checks, background checks, drug tests, and complete new hire paperwork.
Coordinate recruiting efforts with the recruitment team and achieve your own recruiting goals.
Champion and establish TTEC as an employer of choice within the local community by establishing and nurturing relationships.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Act as a brand ambassador throughout the applicant’s journey and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Foster an inclusive team and environment through recruitment initiatives.
Consistently achieve assigned recruiting targets including daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Understand key business objectives, timeframes, legal issues, and requirements for each new client.
Implement high‑volume sourcing strategies to attract candidates that meet client specifications and work with the marketing team to meet objectives.
Improve key success metrics associated with hiring goals.
Develop a tight schedule for screening, interviewing, and processing a high volume of candidates weekly.
What You Bring To The Role
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
Excellent ability to conduct interviews for required performance and skill set.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet high‑volume recruiting goals in an agile environment under tight deadlines.
Experience with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management, sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
