Responsibilities:

Oversee full scope of human resources duties

Lead recruitment

Ensure everything is within compliance

Manage employee evaluation and performance review processes

Assist HR department with any needs and special projects

Skills:

Proven experience at the manager level

Ability to multitask

Must possess wonderful organizational skills

Qualifications:

3-5 years minimum of human resources experience at a higher level

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Direct hire, Full Time
