Title: HR Associate Location: Parsippany, NJ Duration: 6 Months (extendable) Rate: $23-26/Hour on W2 Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably various areas of HR such as Onboarding and Offboarding process management, HRIS, Benefits, & LOAs, supporting multi-site or remote clients. Experience working in shared services environments and with HR technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to partner across the company and with executive leadership. Strong presentation and delivery skills. Ability to take initiative and solve business problems. Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results-driven, rapidly changing environment – with minimal daily oversight. Fluent in Spanish is a plus Seniority level
