Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist
Base pay range: $30,000–$60,000 per year. Additional compensation includes annual bonus and commission.
Location:
Remote (Home-Based) – East Coast or Central Time Zone required.

Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates across a variety of searches. Working closely with senior recruiters and account executives, this individual will support full-cycle recruiting activities—from research and outreach to candidate screening and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial outreach, screening calls, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Manage candidate pipelines and track progress using PCRecruiter CRM and other recruiting tools.
Collaborate with senior recruiters on active searches and deliver qualified candidate shortlists.
Draft and post job descriptions, assist with candidate communication, and maintain data accuracy.
Support search execution across industries such as GovTech, Public Safety, and Technology.
Represent Peskind Executive Search with professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or corporate).
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and PCRecruiter CRM is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Must be based in the Eastern or Central time zone.
On-Target Earnings: (uncapped commission potential).
Remote, flexible work environment.
Ongoing training and mentorship directly from senior recruiters and firm leadership.
