Position Overview The firm is seeking a

Client Service Analyst

to join its Wilmington-based team, supporting Ultra High Net Worth clients across the East Coast region. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-touch client service while partnering closely with Advisors, Operations, and custodial partners. The position offers strong exposure to UHNW client relationships and clear long-term growth potential within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside a dedicated Client Service team to support UHNW client relationships

Assist Advisors with both new and existing client accounts, ensuring a high standard of service

Prepare and process account documentation, including onboarding materials and investment-related agreements

Coordinate the opening and closing of brokerage and separately managed accounts

Oversee cash and securities activity such as wires, transfers, journals, gifting, and distributions

Liaise with custodians and internal operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of requests

Review and validate client billing and fee calculations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Business preferred

0–3 years of experience in financial services or a related environment

Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a career within wealth management

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

Willingness to travel occasionally to other domestic office locations
