Role Overview
You will facilitate implementation of the annual learning and development plan for your assigned area(s). Main contact point to ensure consistent application of learning principles across the brewery.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate individual development plans for employees and deliver training as needed.
Lead implementation of the World Class Supply Chain Education and Training Pillar, skills attainment, and qualification process.
Collaborate with corporate People Development team and local subject matter experts to develop content for training initiatives.
Execute Education and Training Pillar Standard Work Processes and track effectiveness.
Partner with leaders to create and champion long-term learning strategy.
Provide input to the annual learning and development plan, including budgeting and monitoring the learning budget.
Capture and share current best approaches in processes and efficiencies.
Develop standard operating procedures for all positions in assigned area(s).
Ensure intellectual knowledge transfer processes, including onboarding program, are followed.
Manage Learning Management System for scheduling, reporting, and other learning activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in organizational development, HR, business or education.
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or learning and development.
Understanding of lean manufacturing and world class manufacturing principles.
Effective facilitator who can interact with all levels within an organization.
Strong relationships and collaboration skills.
Accountability for results and integrity.
