Position Summary The Personal Assistant & Driver provides high‑touch, discreet support to the CEO/Owner by managing personal logistics, transportation, and day‑to‑day personal operations with precision and professionalism. This trusted role requires exceptional judgment, flexibility, and a service‑oriented approach, ensuring seamless execution across personal scheduling, travel, household coordination, and transportation. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly reliable, and committed to delivering world‑class support with discretion, efficiency, and care.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling all personal, family, and business‑related matters.

Manage the CEO’s personal calendar in close coordination with the Chief Executive Assistant to ensure seamless alignment between business and personal commitments.

Schedule, oversee, and track personal appointments, including medical visits, household services, and family engagements.

Execute personal errands with efficiency and precision, including shopping, courier services, and reservation coordination.

Plan and coordinate all personal and family travel, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and detailed itinerary planning.

Oversee household staff, vendors, and service providers as needed, ensuring a high standard of service and reliability.

Support the planning and execution of personal events, celebrations, and social functions.

Manage wardrobe logistics, including coordinating dry cleaning, laundering, alterations, and seasonal organization.

Assist with the sourcing, selection, and delivery of gifts for family members and personal contacts as requested.

Pack and prepare luggage for business and personal travel, ensuring all essentials—including medications, chargers, and personal items—are accounted for.

Make and manage dining reservations and other personal arrangements as needed.

Coordinate prescription refills and medication management to ensure uninterrupted access at all times.

Maintain inventory and organization of personal essentials, including toiletries and travel supplies.

Coordinate and secure meals for the CEO on business days as needed.

Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation to and from meetings, appointments, airports, and personal engagements.

Proactively plan driving routes based on traffic, weather, and time‑sensitive priorities to ensure punctual arrivals.

Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition through routine cleaning, refueling, inspections, and scheduled maintenance.

Deliver door‑to‑door service with discretion, courtesy, and exceptional professionalism at all times.

Work in close partnership with the Chief Executive Assistant to align daily movements, priorities, and logistics.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and demonstrated history of safe, responsible driving.

Minimum of three (3)+ years of experience in a personal assistant, executive support, household management, driver, or related private service role.

Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.

Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, service‑oriented presence.

High level of professionalism, reliability, and personal accountability.

Ability to anticipate needs, operate proactively, and resolve issues independently with minimal direction.

Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and adjust schedule based on travel or executive needs.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to precision and follow‑through.

Working knowledge of navigation tools, GPS systems, and route‑planning applications.

Physically able to assist with luggage, packages, and household‑related tasks as needed.

Comfortable working in both personal and professional environments with equal discretion and adaptability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field preferred; or 3–5+ years of equivalent experience providing personal support, household management, private service, or executive‑level assistance in luxury, corporate, or high‑touch service environments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, Office365, Teams, and OneNote, as well as navigation tools, scheduling platforms, and other organizational or travel‑planning systems.

Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
