You’ll collaborate with local HR teams and operational leaders to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and managers alike. Responsibilities
Coordinate hiring processes for Spanish-speaking hourly candidates
Create and post job descriptions across platforms
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
Contact candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct interviews and facilitate job offers
Partner with managers to understand role requirements
Oversee onboarding and new hire orientation programs
Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
