Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, gathering key health information and medication lists
Enter patient prescription information accurately to ensure correct medication delivery
Achieve key performance metrics as established by the management team
Educate patients and healthcare facilities about the employer's services
Manage patient assessment processes and maintain referral relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy customer service experience
Certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong problem-solving ability and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmacy environment
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Energetic and compassionate phone skills
Motivational and persuasive with a passion for helping others
