This role is required to be onsite 3 days per week.

Led by brothers Rick and Jon Kinning, we deliver a wide range of hands‑on services including construction, manufacturing, custom fabrication, and building services. Position Overview The Recruiter will partner with operational managers and supervisors, HR operations staff, and the RK enterprise‑wide Talent Acquisition team to provide full‑life‑cycle recruiting support. The individual builds strong business relationships and deep understanding of the business while achieving delivery on assigned requisitions. The Recruiter also strategically executes employment marketing for all positions and divisions, external communications, and creates meaningful, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders in high‑school, trade‑school, community‑college, and university arenas, as well as selected community organizations.
Role Responsibilities
Relationship Management – point of contact and TA subject‑matter expert; develop and maintain strong relationships with business operators, HR staff, and educational/community partners; execute customized TA strategy.
Delivery Management – manage requisition intake, sourcing, screening, selection, and application processing; ensure new‑hire paperwork is completed; provide reporting on requisition status; participate in job fairs, college/university recruitment, and social‑media recruiting; facilitate apprenticeships; support hiring‑manager training on ATS and interviewing; ensure timely posting and compliance with audit initiatives.
Outreach Recruiting – conduct employment marketing and grassroots recruiting; partner with economic development offices, workforce boards, and centers; build relationships with counselors, teachers, advisors, and career centers; plan and attend industry, trade, and school events; design education programs for high‑school, trade, community‑college, and university students; develop outreach publications and presentations; coordinate site tours and shadow events.
Qualifications
Bi‑lingual: Spanish and English.
College/University graduate with 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
Advanced techniques and knowledge within the recruiting function.
Ability to make independent decisions on complex issues and apply diversified knowledge to a variety of assignments.
Strong supervisory and liaison skills, acting independently on matters pertaining to the recruiting function.
