Base pay range $26.10/hr - $47.10/hr
Purpose Train less experienced operators, develop training programs, maintain manufacturing processes, ensure safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Exercise job knowledge to independently perform responsibilities and provide on-the-job training.
Analyze equipment performance to anticipate maintenance and production issues.
Enforce safety, quality, environmental and operational policies and communicate operational events.
Lead operators to solve problem situations and recommend process improvements.
Conduct business professionally, confront issues constructively and own tasks.
Participate in meetings and share information to improve overall efficiency.
Develop, maintain, audit and verify Basic Operating Procedures and training programs.
Administer safety, regulatory, technical and developmental training programs and maintain plans within learning management systems.
Develop strategies to correct deficiencies in the training program.
Schedule training activities per individual training plans.
Qualifications
High School diploma required.
Strong technical knowledge with manufacturing experience in a chemical, biological, pharmaceutical or similar environment.
Comprehensive understanding of plant economics to make decisions aimed at efficiency, quality, safety and reliability.
General computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) and proficiency in manufacturing monitoring systems to track and trend critical data.
