Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our growing team. The role supports HR operations, manages employee records, payroll, policies, and fosters a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Employee Data: Process new hires, pay rate changes, and terminations in HR systems.
Assist with Recruitment: Screen applications and resumes, assess qualifications, and recommend hires.
Advise on Policies: Support managers and employees with HR policy questions.
Handle Payroll & Records: Respond to payroll inquiries and maintain accurate personnel records.
Support Employment Transactions: Guide decisions on promotions, transfers, reductions‑in‑force, and classification reviews.
Coordinate Recognition Programs: Oversee employee events and ensure alignment with recognition guidelines.
Maintain Compliance: Monitor personnel files and risk documentation per federal and state laws.
Perform Administrative Functions: Prepare correspondence, manage data entry, and generate HR reports.
Interpret and Enforce Policies: Educate staff on policies, employment law, and workplace procedures.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Payrollli>
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional and effective communication with all staff levels.
Confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters.
Proficiency in HR software, data entry, and reporting systems.
Understanding of labor law and HR compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
