Our comprehensive offering includes: affordable medical, dental, and vision care; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; 401k with company match and much, much more.**Job Description**We are looking for a 3rd shift Paint Process Tech for our **Huntington , IN Plant.****SUMMARY**To obtain, and track process parameters and troubleshoot items not in specification.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES*** Knowledge of the paint system (conveyor system, power wash, dry off oven, style/panel detection area, manual paint booth, automatic paint booth, bake ovens, paint mix room, unload and the spot paint booth)* Knowledge of paint guns (automatic, manual, and spot paint guns)* Monitor robots.* Monitor operating parameters on the power wash and paint line and make adjustments as needed.* Timely identification of process upsets & interfacing with the production associates, team leaders, supervisors and paint manager.* Monitor the paint, power wash and solvent consumption.* Some level of customer and vendor interfacing is required.* Troubleshoot paint process related problems.* Assist in training of other associates.* Work with suppliers testing new materials.* Operate systems efficiently and minimize downtime.* Other duties as assigned by the Paint Manager.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
