About the Role As an Avionté System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and effective use of the Avionté platform within the organization. The role covers end to end system management, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. It also involves providing user support, documenting processes, and maintaining best practices to ensure system reliability. In addition, the administrator will collaborate with cross‑functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to align system use with business goals, train staff on proper usage, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities 1. System Management

Oversee and maintain Avionté software to ensure functionality and performance

Install, configure, and update software applications and system components within the Avionté ecosystem

Perform system monitoring and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability

2. Performance Monitoring

Monitor system performance and availability, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency

Set up and manage logging systems to ensure accurate and timely troubleshooting

3. Support and Troubleshooting

Provide technical support for users, addressing any issues related to the Avionté software or the overall system environment

Work closely with other departments, such as IT and development teams, to resolve complex technical problems.

4. Documentation

Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures

Create and maintain standard operating procedures for system administration tasks and best practices

5. Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with other departments (HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure system alignment with organizational goals

Provide training and guidance to staff on the proper use of the Avionté system

Submit best practices to increase process efficiencies to manager

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar technical role

Experience with Avionté or other similar enterprise software platforms is preferred

Strong understanding of networking, servers, and cloud-based infrastructure

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to system operations and software

Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, or other relevant platforms

Familiarity with database management and SQL

Knowledge of IT security practices, firewalls, and backup systems

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Knowledge of STAR Schema’s in data sets is a plus.
