What You’ll Do
Administer and troubleshoot network environments (routing, switching, wireless, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, VoIP).
Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, switches, and enterprise wireless systems.
Perform firmware upgrades and ensure network performance and reliability.
Create network diagrams and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Participate in on‑call rotation and occasional after‑hours or weekend work.
Mentor junior team members and complete annual training/certifications.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years supporting or implementing IT infrastructure.
1+ years working with networking technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset.
Familiarity with Cisco ASA, Meraki, and Fortinet firewalls.
Experience with advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Cisco certifications (CCENT, CCNA, or higher).
Experience with load balancers, wireless infrastructure, and VoIP.
Microsoft certifications or equivalent experience.
