Job Description The
Exploitation Analyst (EA)
will work closely with other technical experts and play a crucial role in skillfully using specialized tools and tradecraft to drive the CNO mission forward. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player who enjoys solving some of the world’s toughest problems.

will work closely with other technical experts and play a crucial role in skillfully using specialized tools and tradecraft to drive the CNO mission forward. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player who enjoys solving some of the world’s toughest problems.
Position Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth target analysis and research.
Apply knowledge of computer security principles, vulnerability analysis, and exploitation methods.
Develop innovative tradecraft, exploitation techniques, and concepts of operation.
Leverage knowledge of AMOD and proficiency in AMOD tools.
Work closely with operators and partners to effectively analyze and process intelligence information.
Provide subject matter expertise to not only the customer but all parts of the organization.
Identify bespoke related problems and provide technical assistance for a variety of problems.
Adapt to new information, changing conditions, and unexpected obstacles.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
Bachelor’s in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, and experience.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in computer or information systems design/development/analysis or related fields.
18 semester hours of military training/ coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an associate's degree.
Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) will be considered toward the relevant experience requirement (i.e., 24-week JCAC course will count as 6 months of experience).
Salary Range $75,000 - 90,000 (The AV pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.)
Clearance Level Top Secret with Poly
ITAR Requirement This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or a person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction. Please understand that any job offer that requires approval of an export license will be conditional on AeroVironment’s determination that it will be able to obtain an export license in a time frame consistent with AeroVironment’s business requirements.
