The Opportunity CACI is looking for a ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer to support our DoD customer to develop and configure a complex ServiceNow Enterprise IT Service management system with focus on reports and dashboard using ServiceNow’s Performance Analytics feature. On this program, we deliver capabilities and services to implement and operate an Enterprise IT Service Management (EITSM) solution, enterprise service desk and advanced analytics/reporting.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain robust Performance Analytics dashboards, reports, and data integrations. They should be passionate about leveraging data to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement within the IT service delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise on technical capabilities related to development of ServiceNow reports and dashboards.

Develop the technical solutions, implement them, and perform integration and functional testing.

Work with senior leadership and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and processes required for the development of reports to provide insight into operations and aid decision making.

Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, particularly in the areas of Performance Analytics, data visualization, and reporting best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Perform architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state, specifically relating to the design of the PA data model, reporting requirements, and overall architecture.

Build dashboards based on application data models and external data sources.

Address problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms.

Create and manage scripts and workflows.

Participate in development of software documentation and technical reports.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.

Qualifications

US Citizenship is required.

Ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance.

12+ Years of relevant development experience.

Both certifications required: Certified ServiceNow Developer & Certified Implementation Specialist – Performance Analytics.

Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer within a large enterprise, with a strong focus on Performance Analytics and reporting capabilities.

In‑depth knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics modules, including data collection, indicators, breakdowns, dashboards, and reports.

The ability to design, develop, and maintain custom Performance Analytics dashboards and reports to meet specific business needs.

Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes related to PA reports and dashboards configurations, data governance, and reporting standards.

Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, JavaScript/AngularJS development.

System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.

Must be self‑motivated with a proven track record in ITSM and Performance Analytics technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.

Experience with data and access segregation architecture and elements (e.g. domain separation, ACLs, multi‑tenancy).

Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.

Experience with ServiceNow client and server‑side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.

Scripted Web‑Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO‑SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.

Experience customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.

Desired

Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar).

Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.

Experience with Generative AI and/or adjacent solutions.

Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).

Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is $90,300 – $189,600. The range incorporates factors such as geographic location, contract wage rates, prior experience, specific skills, education, and certifications.
