Target Digital Network Analyst Senior Level (TS/SCI w/poly required to start)
Integrity Technology Consultants is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services.
We are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared
Senior-Level Target Digital Network Analyst.
Responsibilities
Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information.
Apply principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
Analyze DNI data for reportable intelligence information and build target profiles.
Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
Perform sustained target analysis and enhancement using DNI and DNR analytic techniques.
Identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements.
Conduct research using open source and classified sources to develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
Identify intelligence gaps and evaluate the intelligence gathered to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close gaps.
Requirements
TS/SCI clearance with CI or FS polygraph.
GED/HS Diploma with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
Associate's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Master's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Doctorate Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience in Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis).
