Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can lead end-to-end product design for complex, data-rich applications. This role involves everything from user research and information architecture to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences.
What you’ll do
Conduct user research and synthesize insights into personas and journey maps.
Define task flows and interaction patterns for enterprise-grade applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
Run usability tests and iterate based on findings.
Develop and maintain design systems and accessibility standards.
Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
What we’re looking for
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for complex workflows.
Experience with user research, interaction design, and data visualization.
Ability to design dashboards and operational tools with clear hierarchy.
Familiarity with responsive design and front-end constraints.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Experience in B2B or mission-critical environments.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization.
Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
