Senior Full Stack Web Developer

In this role, you'll work closely with the VP of Technology and a collaborative team of developers to transform user feedback into meaningful, high-impact experiences. Every line of code you write will help improve our applications, delight our users, and support our vision of innovation and excellence. What You'll Do
Build and enhance web applications using Next.js, delivering fast, intuitive, and reliable experiences that our users love. Integrate and manage CRM systems to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Deploy, scale, and optimize applications on AWS, ensuring our platform performs seamlessly under growth. Implement and manage Stripe payments, handling subscriptions, transactions, and webhooks securely and efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch innovative new features. Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and solve complex problems to maintain a flawless user experience. Maintain clean, organized, and automated code, setting high standards for quality and reliability. What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies. Extensive experience with Next.js and its ecosystem. Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, AWS infrastructure, and Stripe integration. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, thriving in a collaborative environment. Bonus Points
Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries. Knowledge of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Understanding security best practices in web development. What Success Looks Like
