Join our team as a DoDIIS Identity and Authorization Service (DIAS) Developer. As a skilled and experienced One Identity Active Roles Server (ARS) Administrator, you'll lead the configuration, management, and support of our One Identity ARS platform. This role is vital to ensuring secure, automated, and efficient Active Directory (AD) administration while supporting identity lifecycle processes and access governance within the enterprise environment. Qualifications
Experience in Active Directory management, automation, and group policy Experience managing user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transfers Experience in PowerShell scripting to manage ARS policies and workflows Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege principles, and delegation models Knowledge of Windows Server OS, multi-domain, and forest environments Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have
Experience with Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity models Experience integrating work with other IAM platforms such as SailPoint or Okta Experience in federal, DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or other highly regulated environments Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, and HIPAA Knowledge of identity-related protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth Knowledge of monitoring tools and integration with SIEM platforms TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Clearance
