Core4ce is seeking an elite Data Engineer III to architect the data infrastructure for one of DoD's most distinctive missions. As senior data specialist for the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) within OUSW(I&S), you'll design and manage enterprise systems that handle some of the most sensitive intelligence data in existence—enabling critical analysis of unidentified anomalous phenomena across all operational domains.

Responsibilities: Data Architecture & Strategy Serve as principal data architecture expert for creating and managing complex information systems including SAP and SCI data. Provide daily technical expertise on data modeling, engineering, and implementation solutions for mission‑critical challenges. Design and coordinate advanced analytical platforms capable of processing compartmented information across DoD and IC systems. Lead DOW-wide system accreditation efforts for specialized analytical capabilities.

Data Management & Analysis Ensure UAP incident reporting from multiple sensor platforms and classification levels is expertly catalogued, stored, and maintained. Coordinate monthly data import and exchange with DOW Components and Intelligence Community partners. Identify and implement cutting‑edge AI/ML technologies to enhance data management and analysis capabilities. Maintain rigorous data integrity, security, and compliance with DOW and IC requirements.

Technical Development & Implementation Attend weekly coordination meetings with AARO leadership, providing strategic technical guidance. Execute weekly coding activities to advance data platform development and operational capability. Provide monthly technical oversight of AARO RDT&E projects pushing the boundaries of detection and analysis. Develop comprehensive technical documentation for all data systems and processes.

System Integration & Coordination Orchestrate seamless data integration with DOW Components, Intelligence Community, and federal agencies. Collaborate with government and contractor teams to deliver enterprise solutions for complex data requirements. Navigate system accreditation processes and ensure full security compliance. Guide critical architecture decisions and implementation strategies affecting mission success.

Qualifications:

Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Minimum of 3 years designing and deploying full‑stack web services environments to include NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS

7+ years in data engineering or data architecture with proven expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and advanced data engineering

Designing and implementing large‑scale analytical platforms in secure environments

Working with classified systems at multiple classification levels and compartments

Complex data integration across diverse sources and security domains

SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL processes, data warehousing, programming (Python, Java, SQL), big data technologies, data visualization tools, and DoD/IC security frameworks

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

AARO mission or UAP research experience

SAP/SCI data procedures

OSD-level data systems experience

Professional certifications in data engineering, cloud computing, or cybersecurity

Multi‑platform sensor data integration

DoD RDT&E processes

System accreditation experience

IC data sharing protocols

Agile/DevSecOps methodologies

Available to travel within CONUS, OCONUS, and the NCR region
