Position Overview As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD, helping them build communication, social and daily living skills. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver compassionate care. We’ll train you and cover your RBT exam cost.

What You’ll Do

Deliver individualized therapy sessions in‑home or clinic‑based.

Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.

Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.

Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.

Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.

Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.

Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.

What You’ll Need

Minimum age: 18 years.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles).

Fluency in English and Spanish.

Any experience working with children (childcare, teaching, early childhood) is a great foundation.

Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.).

Work Location This position will provide in‑home services to clients located within a radius of approximately 20 miles from your home. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between client locations. We offer premium pay for sessions scheduled after 5 PM, paid drive time between clients, and weekly BCBA supervision.

Shift Hours We are seeking candidates who are available during the

8:00 am–1:00 pm

time block a minimum of 4 days per week. This role is expected to offer roughly

10–20

Compensation The expected salary range for this role is

$25–$30

per hour. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
