Position Summary The Site Services Associate supports a clean, safe, and welcoming corporate office environment during regular business hours. This highly visible role requires a professional, discreet, and detail‑oriented individual who maintains high standards of cleanliness while working around employees, meetings, and visitors. In addition to daily cleaning responsibilities, the associate supports special facility‑related projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Daily building care: clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, reception areas, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
Sanitize high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, countertops, and shared equipment.
Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed.
Restock paper products, hand soap, sanitizer, coffee supplies, and other office necessities.
Spot‑clean carpets, glass, and hard surfaces as needed.
Monitor the facility for spills, safety hazards, or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
Provide periodic assistance with front desk reception coverage.
Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, trainings, and company events.
Assist with light furniture moves, deliveries, and supply organization.
Support office moves, reconfigurations, and other special projects as assigned.
Work respectfully and discreetly around employees, leadership, and visitors, maintaining a helpful, service‑oriented presence at all times.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a corporate office, custodial, hospitality, or facilities role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Capacity to perform physical tasks including bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and proper use of supplies.
