Responsibilities
Full-cycle high volume recruiting for exempt and non-exempt employees, including sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and staffing agencies.
Conduct screening calls with potential candidates.
Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and send offer letters to approved candidates.
Coordinate orientation and onboarding of new employees.
Determine hiring needs with department managers.
Qualifications
Previous experience recruiting for skilled trades/manufacturing.
2 to 3 years of recruiting experience.
Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical upon acceptance of a job offer.
