Role We’re hiring a full‑cycle Recruiter to help build our recruiting function at a pivotal stage of the company’s growth. This is a builder role, not one where you inherit a fully formed recruiting engine. You’ll be responsible for shaping how we hire from strategy and process to execution while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the company. The role reports directly to me, with the freedom and autonomy to work closely with anyone across the organization.

Responsibilities

Recruit across a wide range of functions, including

technical, marketing, business, and G&A

roles.

Own full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing through close.

Partner directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to define roles, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.

Build recruiting

from 0→1 , including strategies, processes, and operating rhythms.

Operate intentionally with limited resources. Every outreach, pipeline decision, and hire matters.

Help shape the company’s culture through thoughtful hiring.

What we’re looking for

Experience as a

founding recruiter or early recruiting hire

at a startup.

Strong full‑cycle recruiting experience.

Must be a

sourcer at heart .

Resourceful, resilient, and comfortable operating without extensive tools or infrastructure.

Strong judgment and discernment. Your evaluation of candidates and character will meaningfully shape the company.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

Expectations and context

This is not a big‑tech recruiting environment driven by volume. You won’t be pushing large numbers of candidates through a funnel and hoping something sticks. The bar for hiring is high, and recruiting here requires

intentionality, focus, and strong judgment .

The roles you’ll recruit for are

five days onsite , which can be challenging. If you haven’t recruited for fully onsite roles before, or aren’t comfortable doing so, this role may not be a fit.
