The Role We’re looking for a

Senior Technical Recruiter

to join our global team. This is a high‑impact role responsible for hiring the technical talent that fuels Virtasant’s growth. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake to close — while building trust with senior stakeholders and candidates across the globe.

You’ll act as a

trusted advisor

to the business, delivering hard‑to‑find technical hires at pace, while also shaping the recruitment function with data‑driven insights and process improvements.

What You’ll Do

Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements and advise on hiring strategies.

Source and attract top global talent for technical roles across engineering, cloud, and data.

Manage candidates through the entire process — from first outreach to signed offer.

Collaborate with the recruitment marketing lead to design and run global campaigns.

Use data and metrics to track performance, improve efficiency, and inform decision‑making.

Contribute to the recruitment team culture — sharing insights, supporting peers, and thriving in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.

Proven success recruiting

mid‑level technical talent .

Experience with

global sourcing

and managing end‑to‑end recruitment for high volume roles.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including at senior leadership level.

Track record of working successfully in a

Experience using AI/Automation during the recruiting process.

Knowledge of ATS optimization and data‑driven recruiting practices.
